- Space reservations: July 1, 2007. Orders are non-cancelable after that date.
- Electronic files: July 1, 2007.
- Material to be typeset, FREE of charge, must be received by June 1, 2007.
- Material received after June 1, 2007 is subject to typesetting charges at trade rates determined by the Publisher.
